Automated Punching Tool Machining with the Takamaz XT-6M

The Takamaz XT-6M is a compact turret lathe equipped with driven tools and an integrated loading system. It is specifically designed for automated series production with high repeatability and process stability.

We use this machine for the fully automated finishing of our standard punching tools. The cutting edges are sharpened in the finishing process and the parts are face-turned to final length with tolerances in the hundredth-of-a-millimeter range.
