On our modern CNC centers we produce turned parts from bar stock with diameters from 1 to 40 mm in small and medium series. Chuck parts up to 150 mm diameter can also be produced.
We mainly process stainless steels, tool steels, aluminum and brass. We transfer your finished development data into our CAD/CAM system, or we design according to your specifications and sketches.
Due to short reaction times and qualified service we can guarantee a particularly fast delivery as well as highest quality and precision of the desired parts.
With our HD line we finish already hardened workpieces. Here, very dimensionally accurate inner and outer contours with high surface quality can be produced. The cutting accuracy of hard-turned parts meets the highest demands.
